Meet Kristen Evans

Office Manager

Working with people has always been my passion, when you are good at something, why change it? I have 24 years of experience in the medical field now, 9 of those years have been spent here at the Baltimore Lipid Center. I started as a phlebotomist for Carroll County Hospital, I worked there for over 9 years, at the same time I continued on with more schooling to learn other skills; medical technician, medical records coding and medical billing. During my years working for the Hospital, I had the honor of stumbling onto the opportunity to work as adjunct faculty for Carroll Community College. Where I assisted in teaching students hands-on Phlebotomy skills. I look forward to my continued commitment working with Dr Pokrywka and our patients. In my free time I spend as much time as I can with my family, and I care for my many animals that include two dogs, two turtles, a rabbit, several frogs, and fish. Life is what you make out of it…….
